Study Offers Clues to Why People Overeat(NYtimes)

It is a problem that we live that cannot be overlooked even in Japan.
It circulates like seem being natural the gastronomic culture in the United States,
too in Japan today. Recently,
it often hears of the sickness called a metabolic syndrome.
When living in the future,
it thinks the review of the lifestyle to be a thing necessary for maintaining our health.

A new study suggests that obese people have a different physiological response to food: they continue to salivate longer in response to a new taste than do people of normal weight.

Saliva production tends to decline in most people once they’ve gotten used to the taste of a certain food and had enough of it.
